DONE really is my favourite word. Shipping is underway, and the 2007 edition is sold out. The 2008 edition is now out there. Every email was working, every website correctly cited and operational. No small feat, whatever the size of publishing house. But instead of 80 pages, there was no way we could fit it in less than 84 pages. So it's a bit bigger than we'd planned. Somehow I don't think there'll be many complaints on that account..

The 2007 Table of Contents is available now, so you can see the areas we have covered . Updates and Additions are available on this website as well.
The regular order forms and the PayPal® buttons for the 2007 edition have been removed because it is no longer available.
